Rain Checks & Responsibilities
Packages are priced per person, per day, based on double occupancy and include one night’s hotel stay in a standard room and one round of golf with shared cart. A course surcharge is an additional per person fee you pay to play at certain courses. All prices include applicable taxes, but do not necessarily include gratuities.
Reservations: Reservations must be made through Genesis Golf Trips and all prices are in US dollars. A $100 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Balance of payment is due 30 days in advance of arrival. Reservations made inside 30 days require full balance due at time of booking.
Refunds: Travel is a perishable product, which often cannot be resold. For this reason, some penalties and restrictions apply with your golf holiday investment. Your right to receive a refund is limited.
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is received 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of package price will be refunded. If cancellation is received 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, 25% of package price will be refunded. Cancellations made seven or fewer days prior to arrival will result in forfeit of 100% of package price. All cancellations must be received in writing after initial notification by phone. If proper notice is not received, a refund cannot be issued.
Unplayable Conditions: If inclement weather occurs and the golf course does not allow you to play, you will be issued a rain check with no expiration date. You must have the pro shop issue your rain check. No hotel refunds can be issued. Genesis Golf Trips cannot issue refunds or rain checks for any unused golf holiday services or portion thereof.
Responsibility: Genesis Golf s, cooperating agents and associated golf courses and hotels shall not be liable for any injury. Genesis Golf Trips accepts no responsibility for irregularity, which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in the company or persons engaged in/or carrying out arrangements of the tour. Genesis Golf Trips and its agents are not responsible for any misprints.
